JQY series pneumatic winch is a vane type pneumatic motor as driving force to pass power through the planetary gear reducer to the drum for lifting heavy objects. Motor and reducer are connected to both sides of the drum, and the brake of winch is by braking motor which is reliable. The winch can make light weight, compact structure, simple operation, easy maintenance and can do stepless speed regulation within a certain range. In the absence of compressed air can be the case of manual operation.

This type of winch series has been formed, so selection is very simple, users only needed in the control parameter selection table can be. In addition, the user if there are special requirements, such as drum capacity change can also be customized on demand.
Operation and Maintenance
1.Pipeline must be emptied before the first use of debris to ensure the pipe clean.
2.Pull the operating handle to the middle before use.
3.Pull the operation handle to the "up" and "down" position to check if it is in normal operation by controlling the air rate.
4.There should be always water in the air filter.
5.Oil-mist devices should be always added the 6# or 8# gasoline. Oil surface shall not exceed the following plug, or the gas chamber will be filled with oil which will cause spray failure or drip interrupt.
6.Gear boxes should be pre-added sufficient lubricant grease before leaving factory which can be used for about 100 hours. Please add or decrease according to the actual use.
